KB built a web portal that facilitates communication and collaboration between the clients and numerous local tobacco control coalitions. KB built training modules, an event calendar, discussion boards, live streaming webcasts, a reference library, and extensive searchable datasets. To keep the information current and user specific, KB integrated a content management system that allows each client to continuously update the site with relevant news and policy information.
In a nutshell, this web site arms local tobacco control coalitions with education and tools to effect policy change. United local efforts can then influence policy on a larger scale.
