As workers' compensation claims become more prevalent, the topic of sun safety is quickly becoming more important at companies all over the country. Insurance industry sponsored risk management seminars frequently add presentations on the long-term dangers of ultraviolet radiation into their schedule, pointing out the potential risks a company takes in not educating their employees and providing protection from UV radiation.

UVFx is a workplace program designed to educate employees about the dangers of ultraviolet radiation and how to minimize them in their daily work. An evidence-based Power Point presentation and accompanying flip chart with speakers notes and a backgrounder make sun safety education easy to present and understand. Posters and personal tip cards help employees retain the information and remind them afterwards to be alert to UV dangers.
